Return procedure

1.      To change size or return the garment, recover the adhesive paper inside the package

2.      Mark with an X if you want to make a "size change" or a "return" and subsequently
fill in the "order number", which you will find attached to the purchase email

3.      Once the adhesive paper has been filled in, apply it to the outside of the package and restore the package by closing it carefully

4.      Contact us at staff@aesse.com or call us on 045-663 0555.
One of our operators will respond to your request to complete the return or size exchange

3. Choose the order you ask for return and easily fill in the form as per instruction

4. Send the form on line

Based on the informations provided, Aesse will reply:

• if positive: communicating Autorized return number,
• if negative: explaining why the inquiry provided can’t be executed, based on terms stated in this document
